I think it's an ISP problem. There's no downloading taking place at all in Steam or Origin.

Hey forum. I'm having trouble downloading DLC or DAO. It shows as DLC in the Downloadable Content section -- but download fails every time I try to download it. What's more -- it indicated that I need "Required Game Version 1.0". Can anyone help. Not getting much help on forums elsewhere.
