I don't agree with/condone what your doing. I appreciate the effort but ultimately this is going to assist pirates of the game more than anyone.
I have to agree with Blackhand. Go legal or don't go at all.

My ToS will require users to have a purchased copy of the game, even though it will be impossible to enforce.

Stop being cheap, buy the game! I highly doubt your servers will be any better than IS's servers. Also there is no logical reason anyone would buy the game and than only play on version 1.21, so this is only being hosted for cheap pirates.

What service is that other than a pirated server, you made my point for meI aim to provide the same type of service for HoN in South Africa that Twilight Gaming is currently providing for Dota/Warcraft3.
Well, your opinion is kinda irrelevant. +Your arguments is flawed, the server is updated to the latest client version every few days.

Isn't Meisterlone the same guy who did those Private WoW servers that then got fucked around because he 'stole' the donation money?
Same guy, except that no money was stolen. Donation money is just that - donation money, servers and hosting dont pay for themselves.
