Forza Motorsport 4 Set for Fall 2011

Microsoft and developer Turn 10 confirmed Forza Motorsport 4 will ship for the Xbox 360 in Fall 2011.

The fourth installment of the series will support Kinect as well as traditional racing controls. Microsoft first announced the title at this past E3.

"We showcased a Kinect-enabled project from Turn 10 Studios at E3 2010, which let players explore and experience their dream cars like never before," a Microsoft spokesperson told IGN."That tech demo demonstrated some of the experiences possible with Kinect and Forza.

"Forza Motorsport 4 brings together genre-defining, controller-based racing and the power and freedom of Kinect to create an automotive experience unlike anything before it."

Looking at that I must say that Forza 4 looks much better!

No, because no matter what they look like driving games are about driving, not graphics. From what I've heard from friends (who, unlike me, love simulators) GT5 is much better than Forza 3 when it comes to the actual driving. Forza 4 might be a different story though as it's not out yet ...

So because it's a friend and not me I'm wrong? Sound logic you use there ... I don't play simulators, IMO they all suck equally, my friends however, do play simulators. And according to them GT5 is a better simulator than Forza 3. I was merely saying what I've been told (by people whos opinions I trust).

We cannot say for sure which one is "the real driving experience" until the game is released, saying the one is better than the other based on one screenshot is a bit silly, you cannot judge a game purely on one screen-shot. For now dohc - keep the info coming and lets continue this argument in Fall 2011.

wow, forza 4 looks great! but its the gameplay in Gran Turismo that makes it a winner. don't get me wrong, all the forza games are great, but gt is still better in my books
