League of Legends

Hey guys,

So for those of you that don't know league of legends is now free to play.
It is much like HoN, with the addition of summoner spells (kinda like extra support abilities beyond your heroes), Rune maps (augmenting your hero) and well it's NOT DOTA or HoN but plays very much the same from what I've seen.

I havn't actually started actively playing yet but I have a few friends that do and I thought I'd test the mygaming waters to see if anyone is interested or playing?

Played it once but because of the massive amount of data it used I had to quit.

Just installed 2011 antivirus so don't have the data anymore sorry. But yeah was if I remember correctly about 250megs for a few games.

I played HoN back in beta and it was fun, but never tried this. I'll give it a go. Thankfully Pando Media Booster is being kind to me today. =/ ...I hate this program.

i played it for the first time last night.

if u've played dota u get used to it really quickly and its actually pretty fun, i dig it

but hasn't it always been free to play?

Has always been free to play, u can buy riot points and buy additional skins/characters or u can just get the via games played and earning influence points.
