To the best of my knowledge, yes it is. DVI is the same video signal quality as HDMI, the only real difference being that HDMI can carry audio signals as well, whereas DVI can't. So you will not experience any quality loss on video.
I'm not sure if it's included, but DenSweep is correct. HDMI and DVI are identical in image quality but HDMI carries audio as well as video. That's why DVI is so common on graphics cards as there is very seldom a need to output audio through your GFX card in PC land.
