    ^ thats cool.

i spent 1h12 in the queue, but got to make my choice.

the only the thing that p!ssed me off, was that there was an anc stand just at the gates serving coffee and rusks, but with singup forms to join the anc for a small fee, and then you got the "FREE" coffee

I walked down to Hudson park just after 10H00 and spent about 35 minutes queueing before not voting for the government.

I have just heard on the news that there has been some unrest at some voting stations and that an IEC official has been shot.

For those in favour of DA did you guys see the news???
Nope. Good to see at least one politician not taking advantage of her position.

Wizdumb, did you report them to the IEC? You should have. It may be against the rules.

We had an oldish couple selling biltong and muffins near the entrance of the place we had to enter to join the queue and a single policewoman on duty.

    Typical ANC + Slummies:

    http://www.news24.com/News24/Electio...505334,00.html

Bloody bastages are taking advantage of the elderly... it makes my blood boil!!!

In a positive scene ... this morning outside my voting station, policemen caught 2 burglars and had the dogs on them

And even just as good news ... police were also taking down ALL political posters on street poles in a 500m radius of the station. DA / ANC / COPE / all of them.

    Good show!

    Voted in Sandton.

We got there at 12 and were out by 1.

Was quite cool actually, quite enjoyed it

I find it amazing how people are so cagey about who they are voting for in this country...

    Go DA!
