I've heard good things about Sonic Colors. Seems like a return to form. Mind you I was always in the Mario camp during the neighborhood Sega vs Nintendo fights. Sonic was never my cuppa. I remember being totally blown away by the textures in Sonic Adventures on Dreamcast when it was first released though.
