Defective is a bit harsh. Rather call it flawed.

Also, SATA 0 & 1 ports are fine, so even if you got one you're fine till they make a plan.

Lovely on the day I order my new system this happens.

Don't worry most suppliers know about it already & have been told not to ship stuff.

More of a Price/Performance Ratio Fanboy, which happens to be AMD right now. And I don't like the Intel Change-Sockets-Like-You-Change-Socks philosophy.
