No. Listening to music on YouTube is not a copyright infringement, although it's feasible that posting something on YouTube in the first place is an infringement of some sort. Occasionally, content is yanked from YouTube according to this.
Also, yes, downloading music, movies, and series is copyright infringement. Which is why I do not ever do it, under any circumstances. Why do so many people throw this one into discussions, expecting everybody else to capitulate on the point? Lots of people don't download music, movies, and series. Please don't assume otherwise.
