I like the sound of the Karma system, but if ur sitting a negative and just end up going further, especially since I can see some of the guys just giving negative rep just for fun... Whats gonna happen then??

If you click on the settings link, where it takes you to the page showing all your subscribed threads; right at the bottom it will show you what reputation you've received - it also gives you the total.
I think everyone starts off with 10 points - which is the default setting for User is on a distinguished road. On 0, you would be an unknown quantity.
I'm not sure how points get allocated - I've looked at the settings for a forum I moderate on and I don't see a setting for how many points are given per person giving you reputation - so no clue there. I'm relatively sure it's not 1 point though.
I don't see that mate, I went into my setting to the place where I would have subscribed threads (I don't have any though) and didn't see any rep... Now I haven't been given any but should I not be able to see my total (10) if thats what we started with?

I think we may have to be given some rep before we can see it because I can't see it either. I have given shadowfox some rep before so that may be the reason why he is seeing it. I'll give you some Duke Dude, see if it makes a difference.
