Seems there is a lot of fights in some random threads about the karma/rep.

IMO it has been working quite well, the trolls gets bad rep and the good guys get good rep and then there is all the rest of us inbetween

It works fine, the whole Anonymity thing has to be changed though, If you have the balls to give negative rep for no reason then you're name should be visible. Same goes for a positive rep, most guys do add their name though..but it should be automatic.
