Sims 3 - Is it out? And who's played it?

I'll have to get it just to try it out. I was a huuuuuge Sims 1 addict many years ago.

I also spent a few hours on Sims 1. Never touched Sims 2 though.

Same here I just to play Sims 1 quite a bit. Now I couldn't care less about the Sims.
