I have exactly the same issue with Bulletstorm PC and windows live (have the game 3 days now and noticed a distinct lack of bullets, let alone a storm!)
I have tried logging into GFWL marketplace and I get a "Oops you found a glitch in the system" error. That's like saying "Tough Sh!t, enjoy staring at the cover of your new game"
