Its a matter of principle not a legal issue.

They have the real thing easily available & customers have a reasonable expectation to get it. Yet they decided to provide a torrent'd version of inferior quality ( due to conversion).

btw a similar thing occurred with windows XP. One of the audio files is tagged as being edited with a cracked app.
