Touché. I'd like to start gyming, but I'm pretty self-conscious.

I tried being vegetarian for two weeks but I started hallucinating about steaks and seafood :/ What do you do for protein? I don't handle dairy well so I found my weight training twice a week nearly destroyed me from lack of protein.

Allow me to introduce you to Fry's. You can find their food in any Pick 'n Pay or Spar. I also eat cheeses, yoghurts and drink soy milk (I love soy milk ) so protein isn't a concern. Actually, it hasn't often crossed my mind. Chickpeas (can you say falafels?) and lentils (patties or added into lasagne, pasta, etc) are also part of my diet.

Mostly, I'm a pizza whore, though. Gorgonzola, peppadew, onions, mushrooms, cheddar, feta, garlic, chilli and sun-dried tomatoes being my favourite toppings

I actually haven't thought of meat in a long time. Fry's makes excellent crispy faux chicken patties, fantastic faux polony and a bunch of other stuff. I'm quite partial to their strips in wraps

Ah... "male bonding" I've heard of that, never understood it. Seems like way too many subconscious Freudian undertones at play for my liking

AZI, what the hell have you started? Faarkit. I thought chicks were obsessed with how they look, but these two make Martha Stewart and Ellen DeGeneres look like freaking Chuck Norris & Bruce Willis.

Damn okes, get a room with you belly bumping and touche! No really, get a room.

No thanks dude, I'm nowhere near the SA Alpha-male cookie cutter build.

    I don't watch sport (except WRC), I don't drink, I don't particularly fancy braais, I don't wear sports branding shirts, I don't crave biltong.

WRC? Oh, World Rally Championships. Gotcha.

What's wrong with a good braai? Excellent social gathering, relaxing and just coddles the arsonist in all of us <3

I hate going to gym, takes way too much time. Body weight exercises are great. Pushups, squats, handstand shoulder press, pullups and chinups (pullup bar in my garage), and you've got yourself a full body workout without the stress and germs of a gym. There's a progression plan on marksdailyapple.com, so if you can't do a full pullup you start with a cheat.

Hate watching all the beefcakes smuggling watermelons in their armpits at the gym; also this *shiver*: http://s3.amazonaws.com/theoatmeal-i...erences2/7.png

Falafels are awesome. I've tried that Fry's stuff but it's way too processed for me, rather eat veggies straight up.

Argus next year? Or maybe even the 94.7. I'm guessing you're going to be totally ready for it!
