Yep, tried it this morning on my Steam copy over US VPN. Only prob is the motion blur tweak turns off all motion blur, I just want to tone down the turning blur and keep the object motion blur. Though I'm not sure we even have that with DX9...

Hmm, hopefully someone will figure out a way around that. Anyhow, cool man- thanks! I'm just glad at least now we can change the settings individually.
