    Default Upcoming Kinect titles

So the kinect started with a bang, the launch titles were entertaining for a while, most of them lacked any real depth or re-playability. If you are like me then your kinect is probably gathering a bit of dust and you are eagerly awaiting the next wave of kinect games. What upcoming games are you excited about?

I'm eagerly awaiting star wars kinect, the trailer looks awesome and lets be honest, being able to swing a lightsaber will never get old.

Then I cannot wait for yoostar 2, another great "party" game where you act out scenes from popular movies (terminator, godfather, zoolander just to name a few), reading out lines as they appear on screen.

I see what you mean, dont get me wrong the launch titles were really great and still are great fun, I guess what I was getting at is that there is suddenly a big gap between launch and big name developers getting on board. There is not one kinect title out right now that interest me, I'm eagerly awaiting some upcoming titles though.

You could also be the next youtube hit as the kenict lightsaber boy!
haha, I only play kinect in my underwear so I doubt any of the star wars fans would want to see that on youtube

Unless it can move away from gimicky motion control and bring us a real "game" its going to continue to gather dust. Something like Heavy Rain is ideally suited for the kinect but in this time where new idea's aren't exactly being embraced by the gaming public or publishers i dont see that happening. The real kinect gems will come from the home brew community.

I was lucky enough to win a 12 month Live Gold subscription from http://www.xbox-360.co.za/ last night. And so for the first time I could try out Kinect gaming online.

Oh my word. It was so much fun to take on real opponents in table tennis in Kinect Sports. I can just imagine the awesome games that they can make for multiplayer Kinect. You see the people making funny moves and throw their hands in the air and I'm just very impressed.

I look forward to future Kinect games.

I am using mine as an exercising tool, so looking forward to more health focused games.

Well I don't know how they plan to do movement without ANY sticks and wielding 2 controllers seems a bit heavy and well bad!

So I guess that I want a FULL game, but I guess we will be going back to the beginning with motion controllers and moving forward again.

E3 will determine whether I sell my kinect or not, some seriously big names need to step up to the plate and release something decent. There is nothing out at the moment to get exited about

up until now i honestly feel i wasted 2 grand on the kinect.. a firmware update is what is needed.. I mean its great technology but needs some refinement
