    You cant really use that in a court of law companies change there T&C's regularly with software updates and or new law etc... For example if you a DSTV subscriber there T&C's changed recently i am yet to read it, and Sony changed thier T&C's twice before they were hacked on the PS3 one was for the PSN network and one was for the added software.
