Hmmm ... the obvious mention here would be Toradora! maybe - although B Gata H Kei was pretty unique in some ways. I can't really think of anything very much alike. Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu - random middle school bloke accidentally discovers the secret of the prettiest girl in school - it was fun and kinda heartwarming at the same time
Nyan-koi - almost completely different, but I reckon Tsar enjoyed it quite a bitRomantic comedy as well.
Midori no Hibi - a couple of years old this one, but with a nice peculiar angle to it
Hmmm ... and then I've heard MM! is in a similar vein, but I haven't watched it yet, so I can't say for sure.
