I think I liked Blue Gender cuz I like the atmoshpere of an end of the world scenario where there's almost no one around. The feeling of lonely isolation against overwhelming odds. Kinda like 'I am Legend'.
Elfen Lied was quite hectic, but I think Gantz takes the cake for seriously messed up.
