    That was cool of them, plus giving everyone a normal copy of MK9 to all the Collector's Edition preorders. BUT the statue looks kak and people dont really want the collectors anymore

    That's a funny business strategy, but a nice incentive regardless. BT has always provided great service and customer care.

    Its not that unusual BT's offered assistance before and Kalahari's helped us out in the past and weve helped other companies out ourselves.
    Theres only a couple of companies in the gaming retail sector who take the Total War approach.
