Local WoW server a possibility?

Just to remind everyone, Diablo 3 will have no LAN. In other words: High ping...
Really need to get Blizzard to support South Africa a bit.

If this happens, I'll buy WoW. Ping, the cost of international bandwidth and having to subscription based on pound or euro value have been stumbling blocks for me.

I hope that you are able to make Blizzard see sense.
