Pehaps they think I'm being powerleveled, as I did take a ret pala from lev 24 (where he has been for months) to 36 in three days. But I mean, RET is OP right now lol :P

I have leveled quite a few chars, I know the quests, I used quest mods - if Blizzard is going to start suspending people for leveling faster than normal we are in

My Lineage II server could easily handle up to 1000 players online.
But it is a new server so currently low player counts

The only time we will "yank" an account, is if you use L2 Walker or similar cheats! (I have an instant notification if any player is cheating)

In Lineage II you can:
Dualbox.
Powerlevel someone.
Have an account for each email address you use.
Leave your character in game in shopping mode when you exit...This way you can still earn adena (gold) for crafting or for selling/buying stuff.

and in my view, L2 beats WoW hands down!
