Sony deserves what ever is coming to them.
Willingly keeping people's financial information in a insecure location where you had full knowledge that you hadn't done everything in your power to secure the data , is unforgivable.
They obviously had a lot on their plate, what with being extremely busy removing OtherOS and taking Geohot to court. How could they possibly find the time to fix obvious security flaws in the core of their backend. Pfft, I know that it would be my LOWEST priority in the face of hacker backlash.
This is turning out to one weird year for Sony. Battle of the courts, most exclusives in a year and their network hacked. Credit to them for not backing down from these challenges!
