E3 is June 6-9...
mind you, the yanks have it as year, day, month.... so that would make it 7th June 2011, so ye well done, its probably the day of the unveiling at E3.

They Have also published Batman Arkham Asylum and the Upcoming Arkaham City not to mention Deus Ex Human Revolution. I would be more worried about IO-Interactive after Kane & Lynch 2...
