Pre-order many collector's editions from them then? Necuno has had worse issues than I have and I can almost guarantee you that they stem from the same problems on their end, not ours.
Once again, I don't see why it should be my prerogative to cater to their inadequacies? Firstly, I placed the pre-order, then I had to request that they update the order? This is in any way justifiable?A phone call can be followed up with an email, and you may have received more immediate attention...![]()
And had I waited and never received an update, that would be excusable because I didn't make a phone call? I don't understand how/why you're defending them.
