Wish they would upgrade us lowly 384k users![]()
384kb here as well, and not too pleased :P. Mweb said they might review their 1mb uncapped fees, which I might then consider if it's taken down to the old 512kb line speed, but other than that Telkom can stick it.
So that's what happened to my line!! All the 512k user have stolen some of my line speed for themselves!!
Haha I must be the only one who has lost more than half his usual line speed!!

Ouch, that's bad. Have you tried making a free 1gb account with Afrihost, to compare speeds? Should do that if you haven't man.
Telkom upgraded our 4Mb/s line to 8Mb/s last year when we got a fast exchange near us...

You said that you lost half your line speed, what did you really mean by that anyway? If it's a speed issue, that it's below what you should be getting, you should try Afrihost 1gb to compare it to your current speeds. If the Afrihost 1gb speeds are better than your primary ISP, the problem lies with them.
