Yeah I agree with lydon,The people that work at these stores aren't nearly passionate enough about gaming.
They do it as a job and that's where it stops.
Ive also had my fair share of issues with them...They should hire proper gamers to work in their stores ffs!!

@ Joker. I actually applied for one of their sales rep positions and didn't get it(this was more than 2 years ago). In the interview i laid focus on my passion for gaming. They said i didn't have enough sales xp for the job. Go figure, now im management... HAHA LOL at them.
