I've been thinking about this statement for a while and it's IMO a total heap of bull. Total play on emotion of those that choose not to vote. And everyone, as citizens, has a right to complain. Think about those that are below the legal voting age that live in poor conditions....but guess they cannot complain, right? Since they have not voted. Pfft...Remember - if you dont vote you cant complain
