I used to hitch everyday to school, which is about 40km away from my house. i always say that the hicker is always more afraid of u than u are of him. Now that i got my car i do pick up hickers but if they look dodge then noit!
you meet some interesting and crazy people when hicking. 1 Sunday i was hicking back from my mates place and this guy picked me up, he was coming back from a trance party and was still rushing his tits off! that was 1 hell of a ride

Not a chance. I remember a few years back where a female hitchhiker would rob the people who picked her up. Was close to eastgate side.
