    What I would like to know if I change over now to Mweb's 512 uncapped will I get the free upgrade?? When will they change people over?? or is it only for existing customers?

    Same here. If this offer is only available to existing 512 customers then I'm not interested. I'm in the process of changing ISP's and if I can I would like to get in on some of this action.

    Noes!.. They can atleast upgrade 384k to 512k

    What MWEB should also do is keep their 512kb package, but sell at a cheaper price.

    I've had 384 uncapped for a while now and i requested my upgrade to 1mb yesterday. All you need to do is email [email protected] and [email protected] and ask for the upgrade, obviously with a price increase in my case. The reason why they dont have 512 anymore is that telkom no longer offer 512 according to a telkom sales person i spoke to.

    They need to up 384 to 1meg and only then will i be satisfied with SA "entry level broadband".

    When Telkom upgraded our line we switched to 1Mbps with MWeb. Was a bit disappointing having to pay a little extra, but nothing over the top. Thankfully that only applies for May now that they've decided to lower the pricing of 1Mbps!

    We just gave them a call...they answered the phone immediately, and within 10 minutes we were surfing at double the speed
