Default To Brink or not to Brink?

Hey guys. Has anyone got Brink and if you do what do you think of the game? How full are the servers and are there SA servers?

Short answer no. Save your money. I took my copy back this morning and got my cash back. Probably the crappest game I have played in a long time.

You just get a different feel from a PC for a game and that is why i want only PC opinion and thus put it in the PC Gaming Forum. I don't think i have ever been in that PS and Xbox forum, i have no interest there.

The game looked interesting, but it seems that it has followed suit with most modern games - it sucks!

I have to disagree, it's loads of fun tbh
Takes some really getting use to though - played for like 5 hours last night.
Love the customization of it from the characters to the guns.
There are issues to it though - if your team doesn't work as a team and you have more players going for kills then you will suffer and find it frustrating. Seems a clan {Crack} think it was is already hitting it hard and playing it really well as a team.
There is like 6 local servers from what I've seen you can join at any time provided it ain't filled with 16 players - bots are added (not sure if it's all servers) so you can play and people just join and the bots are removed.
Friendly fire is a pain but nothing to stop you from playing - the challenges to be done to unlock extra stuff can get challenging but your able to co-op them with up to 4 players.
If your tight on money give it a skip - if you have the money then go for it - I'm still wondering how long it will last in SA
It's a nice break from BC2 and when coming back to BC2 last night after Brink I kept trying to slide on the ground and jump up on buildings such as you do in Brink :P

It ain't a title for the year but to me it's loads of fun

    Edit:
Clicked on the link there to the other post made and saw few comments about head shot....
Um there is head shots - loads of players last night with Sniper Rifle getting one shot kills and loads of them but it ain't about kills its about the objective and how you do you role in keeping/doing that objective

I would skip personally. Even if there are a few players on now, give it a month or two(very optimistic) and it will fade into obscurity.

Try play it at a friend or something first, don't be fooled by the awesome videos. I have been waiting for this game for AGES and for me to take it back and get my cash back tells you something.

If they sort out the bugs and crappy movement and blurry Gfx etc etc, I will pick it up pre played maybe or bargain bin.

But honestly, I give it another month and Brink will be a long lost memory. People won't even be talking about it. Just my opinion though.
