Or they're working on some kind of device that will make people actively despise Microsoft and Nintendo and they're just using the PS4 as a cover 'cause the know that everyone will buy it...

Interesting, not much info though besides "WE ARE MAKING A PS4 GUYZ". I guess it's good news to playstation fans that they are continuing the playstation brand into the future and not scrapping console making.

Hmmm I would love to know what the specs would be. Concidering how much Technology has come since they developed the PS3. IMO th PS3 still has a lot of potential hidden away that developers still need to find.

Comes as little surprise after the PS3 security breach. I just find it funny since Sony where the ones to say that the PS3 is a 10 year console and it was only launched in 06 which means it should have been going strong till 2016...

You guyz do realize this isn't a good thing right? Developers are only now getting comfortable with the PS3 architecture which in turn allows big, better looking games to be made. If this "PS4" falls in mid cycle they will have to relearn most of it for the new machine. Similar thing happened with the ps2, some of its best games only appears on the back end of its life-cycle.

Don't get me wrong in the long run this is a good thing but so close to the PS3...

After waiting for it longer than the Xbox since the new tech was so advance, if i where a die hard ps fanboi, i would feel cheated.

You must be joking? Crysis 2 looks like a dogs breakfast on PS3 compared to the Xbox. I am getting tired of the lazy game developers out there.

You do realise that a lot of the time they use separate dev teams for the different consoles? But yeah, can't fault all the other devs who really are starting to master the tech just because of one dev team.

Factor in that this was Crytek's first real console outing since Farcry which had Ubisoft devs involved.
