remember the dual hdmi output ports on the ps3 prototype, the boomerang controller, 1080p output on all titles ! that never happened

I hope for the developers' sake that they don't have to spend too much time pruning back what they have developed thus far in
order to comply with the NGP's more modest specifications. What RAM does the NGP use, I wonder. I would not have thought that
cutting back on 256Mb would make that big a difference.

Hey i'm not surprised, business is business i guess. Though i think the people who were expecting something really hardcore and way ahead of other handhelds will be disappointed.

I think this is a dumb idea the PSP sold regardless of it price point, and the NGP would have sold regardless of its price point too, because the tech used was different and SONY really not thinking yes its in the handheld space but the 3DS is a different market to the NGP.

If i could change thier minds i would, and go back to the orignal spec.
