Ram wise on the Intel® Core™ I7 2600 the maximum speed at which the memory can run at is 1333 without overclocking, also make sure that you get a P67 and not an H67 or you won't be able to clock the ram.

I agree with the P8P67 deluxe recommend, but that memory has CAS timing of 9 go with something in the 1600 range that has tighter timings, obviously just keep in mind you need dual channel set for the sandy bridge chips.
