Looks like the gaming community or critic community anyway, have been - in the absence of decent rpg's over the last couple of years - been blown away by in-depth story telling and character development not only of the protagonist, but also his companions.
(Closest recent rival imo would be da, however the presentation is so different that i am loathe to make this connection.)
All bugs and frustrations seems to have been overlooked because of general awesomeness!
Leadfoot Out!
ps. best time i've had since morrowind My emotional score is 12/10
I'm waiting ab it before buying the game, although a friend did give me a chance to try it out the other night. And boy is it a fun game! Enjoyed the storyline a lot and didn't want to leave. He had to pry me from his seat with a crowbar AKA Freeman style! Whack me over the head
Considering the first game didn't suck and I have yet to hear anything seriously negative about this one, yup, I do believe I will have my own copy in due time.
Standard Operating Procedure of waiting for the first price drop before buying will still apply though. Less bugs and more money. All good things come to those who wait
Well I haven't played the first one and I just dove into this one... I don't feel so lost and I'm enjoying this quite alot... bit difficult but all good Just need to get mah damn sword back
I've started playing The Witcher 2 yesterday for about 2 hours.. It seems to be a really good game thus far, but I think they should've had less cut scenes and more gameplay! I dont want to watch a movie, I want to play a game lol
