At the time I had no problem with Monkey Island, wasn't the greatest game but anyway. The problem is playing it now ..... by today's standards the graphics are ugh so a high res makeover is cool.

Woohoo! This is great. I enjoyed all the Monkey Islands though I didn't play the last 3D one.

#4 was strange - and I would've preferred them to keep it like #3 which i still consider the coolest of all.
I eventually had to refer to walkthroughs to get the bank-vault unlock code figured out.
I refuse to defile my unspoiled childhood memories by playing such remakes.
However, I am quite keen for the new ones. Let's hope they stay true to what made the originals such classics.
I hear what you say dude, but I replayed MI3 again last year and it's still as much fun as it was the 1st time!
