    Default PSN Downloads

Is there a way to save ongoing downloads from PSN? I have the problem that my Internet cuts out resulting in huge downloads just cancelling and starting again

I recall mine downloading, then I turn the console off and turn back on and it continues from where it was....

download a program called PS3Prox and then use that

Then use something like Orbit download manager to manage your downloads

The process is tricky but once you get it right it just gets easier to use

The PS3 really needs the ability to download in the background or even when the console is off. Having to sit and watch something download is tedious.

Uh, the PS3 does support resumable downloads, though not for all patches AFAIK.

HATE that about it. Feel sorry for those with a slow connection too. Its even more painful.
