We don't pay much mind looking at what the competitors are doing
Well no wonder the CoD series hasn't evolved much since CoD4... :/

Actually, with the recent CoD Elite story, Activision are doing their best to promote BF3.

Agreed, with Elite and older tech they are going to loose a lot of players. BF3 will grap those players up. hehe
But, if you look at DLC, and gamers are paying for stuff, I recon that is what Activision is betting on. So, they'll make their money, bustards!.

my question is this... what the hell are activision thinking??? Cod is good... but not THAT good anymore... and now they want to make us pay for services to what is probably going to be another mediocre piece of MEH! I have NEVER been a BF guy... bought it, played it, didnt like it then stopped. But now it looks like im gonna hang up my CoDness and go BF... *sigh*

Looool! The new COD is still going to beat BF3, may not be better but the average cod fan boy cant handle BF type game-play (Vechiles, slower game-play, big maps ext). BC2 might have gotten a few COD players but you really cant compare bc2 to BF2, and if BF3 is a true sequel to Bf2, then BF3 cant be compared to BC2. BC2 had a few vehicles compared to BF2 and then they hardly ever got used.... That's not the BF way

As I said somewhere else, I wish Activision and Infinity Ward would listen to the COD players for once! I would like them to be happy to play the newest COD game and therefore keep them away from my beloved Battlefield.

Don't need the whinny attitude to ruin the game.

Well then...you can take your premium paid service, lack of dedicated servers, out dated tech and same old gaming formula and shove it where the sun don't shine son. I will not be buying this game (CoD) and WILL be getting BF3. I am sure my own boycott will not hurt them all that much, but to hell with you Acti and your monopolization! Bring on the BF3!
