I'm a huge fan of the Assassin's Creed series. I'll also be the first to point out when things get stale.

I feel that they have successfully improved on the series with each iteration. I hope they manage to do so with Revelations.

Sure, it might be 'milking' to an extent, but if it keeps getting better, I'm not complaining.

I'm a fan too. Will definitely be getting this new AC. Can't wait to see what new weapons Leonardo has under his sleeve

Will Leonardo still be in Revelations? Seeing as it's set in a different area and all...
I'm pretty excited even though it was a bit unexpected...after seeing the E3 trailer it's making me even more envious of not having it! I was really hoping that they'd carry on with AC3 instead of making more title's with Ezio in them and 'stalling' but this one looks like it really tops them all. Amped.

I agree with you that if it gets better, it should keep coming. Personally though, I don't believe it is getting better. Not saying that it's getting worse either. Brotherhood felt unnecessary and only had enough "new" features to barely qualify as something other than DLC. IMO the Ezio saga is getting rather boring, and I honestly believe that Ubisoft should just have stuck to the original idea of a trilogy only. From what I've seen Revelations is probably going to still be the exact same game as AC2 with one or two new shinies to keep it fresh, however I'd much rather see a bigger advance in storyline and more development in gameplay.

I'll still have to buy it though, the storyline completely suckers me in :/

I was a bit skeptic but after that clip - it looks awesome! This series always does this to me...I think I won't get it but they are really good at marketing their games. Must get for me!

Even if they are milking it, they know when enough's enough. They know after this we dont want to see Ezio again. They know they have to answer all the questions, and they know there's not too much they can change about the formula so as to keep this a coninuation of the story. And they know we are desperate to know what happens in the story. They are pleasing the fans and obviously got this one out as fast as possible to keep us happy. If they would've released this next year, I think a lot of people would've lost interest. I think they know they're pushing it but they have to do this one. Im excited for it, cant wait to play it. I love the AC series, every game is great fun to play. And at least it's not in Italy again.
