Gears 2 has terrible matchmaking.
there are quite a few guys still playing this since my bf plays it practically every night. I'll find out and let you know.

make a turn at the xbox sa forums, www.xbox-360.co.za/forum there are ALOT of gears 2 players. oh and my bf said he'll send you an invite later today.

I'm on www.xbox-360.co.za/forum as well, and I post links back and forth between here and there. I don't think there's a problem as long as it's relevant.
Add some people from this thread http://www.xbox-360.co.za/forum/showthread.php?t=79662, that's the best way to get into a game. Oh, and maybe post in the introductions and Gears threads that you want to get into some Gears games.
Good to know its fine. I'm not a huge gears fan but I know a lot of the ego centric gents love it
