It has come to my attention that many players of Minecraft play the free version of Minecraft, as this is convenient for most gamers, hosting for Minecraft is very difficult due to the fact that 4 mg lines are hard to come by, if this thread gets many approvals by fellow Gamers, we would love for igame to give the opportunity to host this brilliant marvel of a game, and give what all the 1.6.6 version players what they need desperatly, a server for all to enjoy the greatness of Minecraft. aswell as OP for Gamers. This server would be open to imagination of players, and structures of many kinds to be made and showed off by Gamers. thank you for your time, we would love for this idea to follow through.
If you can get some guys to support this initiative, we would definately look at hosting one
We normally require 16 Supporters to a single server request
One quesiton though, I have noticed that the other SA servers are very very closed off and extemely tightly regulated, ie, players hae to apply to be able to play on them etc
Is there a reason for this and if so, what is that reason?
We tend to not want to host private closed off, private "club" servers as we are a public service provider, in other words, our servers must be free for the majority of players to join an play on if hostd as an iGame server

Well our group of friends use Hamachi, and we had started with about 5 people, and the server had grown to about 15, so anyone that we know of that wants to join can feel free to come join the server, we also have a teamspeak channel which is open for all players willing to join.. and its has worked, i think this community can grow rapidly.
Yeah, minecraft is quite fun when you're bored, although if we host a server, we're gonna need to keep an eye out for griefers that would just want to destroy stuff. I'm game for a server though I've had problems hosting a server though, with it being too laggy for other players, I have a 4mb line and a machine that can handle about 10 players.
Ow awesym , yea its a mission hosting for this game, but i think if we can have a mature individual admining the server. I think there can b no chance for griefers, and maybe the idea of teamspeak channel, like a pickup for cod4, need to be on teamspeak. that could fix that problem
