6 things E3 was missing

Hmmmm...
Borderlands 2...

I would most likely approach it with a healthy dose of skepticism, but yeah... I would like to see it!
 
Sequels... Blegh...
Only game I would have liked to see more of (even though it carries the name is not a sequel) is Bioshock: Infinite.
 
what i missed is the Victory games announcement of the Cnc title they are doing :(
 
Number 1 thing missing from E3. Me.

New IP's are also decreasing in popularity, which is scary. Here's to Battlefield 17 vs COD 19.5?
 
I must say I was expecting to see a new borderlands or just some news or rumours on the thing. Overall E3 this year seems a bit watered down compared to some of the earlier ones.
Sure, there's news of new gadgets and consoles but really nothing special.

Yup. You have it spot on. These days, it is basically just sequels, probably because the IP has already been established and the fans are already there, guaranteeing instant sales. I'm not saying sequels are bad, I actually quite like most of them. But I would like to see some new titles make their appearance...after all, we can't just keep playing the same games day in day out. Look at LA Noire. That was refreshing.
