    Hell no. He'll get a nice wake-up and hopefully gain some maturity if he learns that his actions have consequences. Maybe not jail-time, but any nice appropriate punishment (like forcing him to apply for ADSL through Telkom maybe) that'll put the fear of ... dunno ... something major ... in him.
