Angry Wookies are angry. I would also be angry if someone shuts down something that I am actively using...but they did agree to the EULA. EULAs....story of my life....

It's not like anyone actually reads those things though. Besides, you have to buy a product first, and then once you already own it you can read the EULA, and you have to accept it to actually use said product, and then they come out with a new version of it every other week. Imagine you tried to return a game because you don't agree with the most recent EULA...

Yeah...I study commercial law and I can't stress how important EULA's are. I am sure that you can find EULAs and Terms and Conditions somewhere on the net for stuff like this before you buy, but who has time to do that?

Most people I know just skip through the EULA and go "I accept".

Did you guys even read the Kotaku article? They're not suing because the servers are being shut down, they're suing because Sony is once again exhibiting class 1 Nazi-style dicketry by locking threads and destroying any criticism or petitions, in the grand style of EAware.

Although yes, they should probably just be smart and stop supporting these dimwits with their money, but like I keep saying, gamers these days are completely spineless.
