    What he said.

    From the article:
“We want to take that even further. We’re focusing on taking that scale and making it dense, so that around every corner there’s something to find or see.
Yeah. The only problem is when that something is the same thing i.e. those guard posts from FC2.

I'm just not sold on the giant world = awesome game theory.

    I enjoyed FC2

    Yes, I said it.

Anyway, the big world idea did get a bit much to handle as one mission takes place in one spot, and the next way on the opposite end of the map. If they can get the mission structure working better so missions occur faster, and you dont need to spend 15+ minutes traveling to the next, I think it can work better.

But then again, in africa everything takes time so it's only fitting that its the same in the game

Yes you did, you said it twice!

But back on topic, hopefully this time they can innovate the game a bit more than driving between guard posts for 20 mins. That really gets old very fast. FC2 was super boring in that regard. Too little content to keep you interested in the game for more than half an hour.

The first Far Cry's setting was way cooler too, for me at least.

    EDIT:

No, I just got to the bloody point. I didn't spend 20 minutes waffling like you did.
