Achievements in games....has anyone gone all the way

I just got my Mass Effect 2 and Modern Warfare 2 Platinums this week. I love trophies, not always, but mostly.

As much as I like trophies most of the time, I only make the effort for Platinums if I REALLY REALLY like the game.
Kinda like a tribute?
