Im not pissed at the xbox for RLODing. It happens. Im pissed at the kak service we get here at the ass end of the universe. No where else is it this kind of issue. You have to wait a week or 2 at the most, im going on over a month.
Think i should phone a few CNA's to see if they have stock again and just buy a new one.
One of my colleagues got his swapout yesterday (after waiting about 3 months). He had a 2008 Falcon, they gave him a 2007 Zephyr as replacement.
Problem comes in that the Falcon's power brick is not compatible with previous revisions of the console. Power Bricks are not Backwards Compatible, only "Forwards Compatible".
So now he's waiting for them to order replacement bricks. Really wonderful service.
I think I too got an old machine from Mi Digital earlier this year. It's been treating me quite well and I sure hope the bugger stays that way!

I've had to return my console but it wasnt because of the RROD. Even with the new console I have I'm still scared dont wanna go without my baby again
Just got the replacement power supply. So one Xbox (2 months to replace) and 1 incompatible power supply (1 week to replace) and I'm part of the Xbox community again!

If you had to sort out a new power supply, however, you've probably got one of the newer, more reliable models. As far as I'm aware, they're using a different brick.

As far as i know Mi Digital was liquidated but Microsoft already announced a new distributor
