I like number 4 but she could do without the streak in her hair. I don't like the short hair and the blonde one looks like Samus from Metroid. I don't like number 6 at all (not exactly Caprica 6 LOL). Personally ME2 had a better default femShep compared to these.

I have a thing for girls with short hair
And it gives it her a more of a militaristic look.
