If you want to judge my intellect, or that of my posts, I suggest you learn the difference between "They're" and "Their" otherwise I'm afraid I will take your criticism about as seriously as I do the average Creationist.
Regardless, I don't much favour DRM (UPlay or whatever blissfully ingenious alternative including SecuRom) on top of DRM (Account-locked Steam games).
However, considering that the differences between similar words confound you, I hardly expect you to understand.
If my opinion bugs you enough to berate the "intelligence" of my posts, feel free to make up for it by purchasing an additional copy to make up for my decision not to. Ubisoft will no doubt gratify your response with further DRM and continue lauding their DRM as a success.
Yup Ubisofts DRM is utter rubbish. Either way requiring that you have an internet connection. So according to them if you don't have internet on your PC or heaven forbid your internet is down, then you're SOL.
It's this middle finger to the legitimate consumer that has most PC gamers fuming and it's not hard to see why. I honestly don't care if their games are pirated anymore, it serves them right IMO.
So I ended up buying it.
Just played it for two hours. What a load of shit.
UPlay is a piece of shit that barely works, that tries to do EXACTLY what Steam does (read: sync saves, lock a game to an account and patch) and, frankly, it doesn't do it even 0.0001% as well as Steam.
What a boring, monotonous, repetitive load of horseshit.
Can't believe I spent $15 on this.
